Provider and acceptance

Poland DSR is provided by Genius Nutrition S.R.L.. By installing, purchasing, or using the app, the merchant confirms that it is acting for business purposes and accepts these terms and the Privacy Policy.

What the service does

The app supports explicit classification of deposit-marked beverage variants, itemization and validation of the mandatory refundable deposit on supported Online Store carts, operator selection, and bounded monthly fulfillment/completed-return reconciliation with authenticated XLSX downloads.

Supported deposit amounts are PLN 0.50 and PLN 1.00. The current service contract covers Online Store carts and sellable units with 1–24 identical containers. Mixed-composition offers, subscription selling plans, other storefront channels, and accelerated product-page checkout require separate compatibility confirmation and remain outside the supported service unless explicitly enabled in the app.

Automatic fulfillment is off by default. If the merchant enables it, the app marks only its technical DSR deposit lines as fulfilled without sending a customer notification; physical merchandise remains in the merchant's normal fulfillment workflow.

Merchant responsibilities

• Decide which variants legally qualify, select the correct deposit and homogeneous package size, and keep classifications current.
• Verify storefront disclosure, cart behavior, checkout behavior, refunds, receipts, invoices, taxes, and reporting obligations for the merchant's own business.
• Use report outputs as reconciliation aids. Poland DSR does not file with BDO, submit to an operator, make tax returns, execute consumer refunds, or guarantee acceptance by an operator or authority.
• Generate and finalize monthly reports while the necessary Shopify order, completed-draft, and return data remains available. read_draft_orders is used only to identify completed drafts and their created Orders, the standard read_orders window normally covers the latest 60 days, and read_returns is used only to verify completed returns; no customer identity fields are requested and previously finalized artifacts remain available for their retention period.
• Maintain authorized Shopify access and an active subscription where required, and promptly report suspected errors or misuse.

Fees and cancellation

Standard costs $9.99 USD per month. Pro costs $14.99 USD per month and includes monthly reports and protected XLSX downloads. Neither plan has a trial. Shopify Managed App Pricing presents and processes the final charge and any scheduled plan change. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid cycle does not end access until Shopify applies it. Uninstalling the app can remove stored app data and does not replace the merchant's responsibility to retain downloaded business records.

Reports and data availability

Reports are generated on demand from successful Shopify fulfillment quantities and completed Shopify returns, regardless of payment status, with explicit processing, row, node, time, and artifact-size limits. An ambiguous or unsupported order fails closed rather than producing invented totals. Provisional reports may become stale after relevant changes. Finalized reports preserve their bounded snapshot.

Acceptable use

Merchants must not attempt to bypass Shopify authorization, tamper with technical deposit resources, access another tenant's data, reverse engineer security controls, overload the service, or use the app unlawfully. We may suspend access where necessary to protect merchants, Shopify, buyers, or the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Shopify APIs, themes, permissions, or policies can change. We may update the app or these terms to preserve security, platform compliance, and supported functionality. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.

Disclaimers and liability

Poland DSR is a technical reconciliation tool, not legal, tax, accounting, or environmental-compliance advice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without implied warranties beyond mandatory law, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination and governing rules

A merchant may stop using or uninstall the app at any time, subject to Shopify billing terms. We may terminate access for material breach, security risk, or legal/platform requirements. These business terms are governed by the laws applicable to Genius Nutrition S.R.L., without limiting mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that cannot be excluded.
